Payment Options
Paying your levies shouldn’t be complicated, so we offer flexible options to keep it quick and stress-free.
Before making a payment please consult your latest levy notice for your levy balance and payment references.
BPAY
Through your internet banking portal or mobile app. The Biller Code and Reference can be found on your levy notice.
Credit Card
Credit card payments can be made online via DEFT. The DEFT reference number can be found on your levy notice.
Note: For security reasons we do not accept credit card payment over the phone.
Direct Debit
You can set up a Biller Initiated Direct Debit, please see below link for instructions on how to set this up. Or alternatively contact our office and we can send you a personalised invite:
Cheque
Please mail both your cheque and the completed levy notice to:
DEFT Payment Systems
GPO Box 2174, Melbourne VIC 3001
Alternatively, you can present the cheque and completed levy notice for payment at any Australia Post office.
Cash payments
Cash payments for levies are no longer accepted by Macquarie Bank, including when paying levies at Australia Post.
