If your maintenance issue is urgent and during business hours please call our office on (03) 9862 3730
Our business hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
If your maintenance issue is urgent and after hours please contact our trade emergency contractor partner Tymaline Building Services on 0418 362 023.
For all non-urgent maintenance requests please complete the form below and we will attend to your request as quickly as possible. Non-urgent reports can also be made via the Ignite Strata App.
After hours fees
There is a $66.00 inc GST fee for each after hours call to Tymaline.
Before calling please consider if your issue is urgent, if it affects common property, if it is trade-related and if it falls under the responsibility of your Owners Corporation. Calls not of this nature could result in you being liable for any fees incurred.
If a Tymaline tradesperson attends onsite there is a minimum call-out fee of $600 inc GST. The final fee may vary depending upon the requirements of the job.
